Terms of Service

AskFoodi is a free search site for restaurants and menus in Curaçao. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You need an account to save a food profile, post reviews, add photos, or add a restaurant listing.

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your password, and tell us if you think someone else is using it.

We work to keep listings accurate but can't promise they are. Opening hours change, restaurants close, and prices move. Menus marked "unverified" were compiled automatically and haven't been confirmed by the restaurant. Treat everything here as a starting point, not a guarantee, and check with the restaurant for anything that matters.

• Only review places you've actually been to.
• Only upload photos you took yourself, or that you otherwise have the right to share.
• No abuse, harassment, hate speech, personal information about other people, spam, or fake reviews — including reviews written to promote or damage a business you're connected to.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to display it on the site.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules, and reviews can be reported by other users for a person to look at.

Anyone signed in can add a restaurant that isn't listed yet. Adding a listing is not the same as owning it — listings start unclaimed. To manage a restaurant's menu you must claim it, and every claim is checked by a person before it's approved.

If you own a listed restaurant and want something corrected or the listing removed, email us and we'll sort it out.

AskFoodi is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from relying on information here, including menu, price, opening-hours or allergen information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
